Dancing

โ€œWe should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.โ€

โ€• Friedrich Nietzsche

Contorting

Gliding

Sliding out of my head

Into my body

Trickles vibrations

With the force of a soul

Muscles

Flesh

Nerves

Moving

Banging

Against the invisible air

Life surges rapidly

Through the bones

Into the core

Breaking through

The walls

The thoughts

Sobriety vanishes

Senses remain

Cells become conscious

Millions of brains

Shake this skeleton

Swerving

Dancing

Stumping

Floating

Music slips

Inside

I am alive

Have you ever danced so freely to a song that literally moves your body? If not, I suggest that today, you lock your bedroom door, turn up your favourite song and let your body lead you to release.

I am dancing to Metallicaโ€™s Orion ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. I love that song. Honestly, last night I was listening to Gabriella and Rodrigo cover that song on acoustic guitars. Thanks for mentioning locking the door, I thought you were going to challenge everybody to dance like this in public…not gonna happen.

    1. oops… I just went to listen to Orion again. I should have said, Rodgrio y Gabriela. My bad. Now back to the music.

    2. haha No challenges here, but I have done flash mobs and they were fun, just bursting into dance moves in middle of the street.
