  1. Whoa! Today was interesting. I realized I am too preoccupied with people pleasing so that I don’t have to face myself, and that maybe, the best thing I can do for anyone right now is to just work on myself, sort out this messy brain 🙂

  2. I want to be braver and to be more of my true self instead of feeling the need to present a phony, pleasant image.
